About PerfectBands

Musicians are being sold AI tools from every direction, and most lists of them are long, vague and written by the companies themselves. PerfectBands exists to give bands a short, plain answer to a practical question: which tools help with the job in front of you, and what should you check before you use them on music you plan to release.

We describe each tool in our own words, group tools by the work they do for a musician, and point out ownership, licensing and distributor questions where they matter. There are no ratings or scores, because we would have to invent them. We would rather you try two tools on your own recordings and decide for yourselves.

PerfectBands is published by Zwings LLC. If something on the site is wrong or out of date, write to contact@perfectbands.com and we will fix it.

Listings are free, and makers can pay for a labeled placement that never changes our descriptions.

A tool gets listed once we have confirmed its official site is live and that it does what our description says. We place each tool in one category, the one that matches its main job for a musician, and we note a few plain facts, such as whether it runs in the browser, as a plugin or on a phone. When we are not sure of a fact, we mark it as not enough info rather than guess.

We re-check listings and remove tools that shut down or change into something else. Paid placements are labeled Featured or Premium and never change what we write about a tool.
